A: No, sorry we do not have a catalogue. All the products we sell are listed in this site. We regularly update the product section with the latest and upcoming items.

Q: What happens when I place my order?

A: Just after you place an order with your e-mail address, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order, delivery method, and the total amount to be charged to your credit card. Please note that we authorize the amount of the order when you place the order to validate your credit card, your credit card is charged within 4 days of placing the order.

Q: Why do I need to provide my e-mail address?

A: We would require a valid e-mail address from you as all the product details and the payment procedure will be mailed to you on that address.

Q: Can I check the status of my order?

A: Yes you can. You can track the updated status of your product through our 24 hrs customer care service.

Q: How can I make payment for the product?

A: We only accept online payment. You can pay through credit cards, cash card or online banks.

Q: How long it would take to deliver the product after I make the payment?

A: We deliver your product within 7 working days of transaction or on the approximate delivery date mentioned by you in the order form. In case of Fresh Flowers, Cakes etc are delivered within 24 Hrs in selected cities.

Q: What if my order is not delivered on the due date?

A: If the product is not delivered on the desired date then either the money will be refunded or we will deliver the products next day along with some gifts from us.

Q: How do I know that my order has been shipped?

A: We send you confirmation email after your order has been shipped. You can also track your order status online by contacting our customer service.

Q: Can I cancel my order after it has been submitted?

A: Yes you can cancel your submitted order. But remember that you only cancel it before the shipment process. Once the items are gone for shipment, it can't be cancelled.
